1. No automatic refund
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, payments for completed SaaS setup, development, customisation or digital services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or the service has been delivered. Where a refund is legally required, Tech On Global will comply with applicable law.
2. Refund requests
Refund requests must be submitted through the official support channel. Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, whether development has started, whether the service has been delivered, whether third-party costs have been incurred, and applicable consumer-protection law. Third-party fees may not be refundable where the third party does not provide a refund.
3. Hosting fees
Hosting is billed at R60 per month per website. Hosting fees already charged for a billing period are generally non-refundable. If hosting is not renewed, a site may be suspended; account data is retained in line with our retention practices so the site can be reactivated when hosting is brought up to date.
4. Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of their account at any time. Cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund. Where a customer has outstanding obligations, Tech On Global may retain access restrictions until those obligations are resolved.
5. Cancellation & data retention
Following cancellation, Tech On Global may retain certain information for legitimate purposes such as legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security and record keeping. Personal information will otherwise be handled according to applicable privacy requirements and Tech On Global’s retention practices. Customers should keep their own copies of important business information before cancelling.
